NeXora Refund Policy At NeXora, we strive to deliver the best experience and results for our users. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Eligibility for Refunds Standard Purchases – Refunds are eligible within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that: 1. You have not fully utilized the platform's core features to complete your campaigns/projects. 2. You have not Connected WABA or META to the platform. 3. There is a demonstrable technical issue that our team cannot resolve within a reasonable time. 4. You have not violated our Terms of use. Non-Refundable Purchases Refunds will NOT be eligible in the following cases: 1. The product/service was purchased under a special offer, discounted price, or by using coupon codes. 2. Purchases made during seasonal sales, limited-time promotions, or bundle deals. If more than 50% of the available features have been used or accessed during the trial period. Subscriptions & Renewals Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged. It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the next billing date. Third-Party Fees Any charges paid to third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, integrated apps) are non-refundable and subject to their own policies. Refund Process All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@nxraai.com with the order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method. Note: NeXora reserves the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform.
